Losing Body Fat...once and for all!

I've Stacked 7 Tips on losing body fat once and for all!

  1. Create a calorie deficit: The most important factor in losing body fat is to consume fewer calories than you burn. This means creating a calorie deficit by either reducing your caloric intake or increasing your physical activity levels. You can use a calorie tracking app to help you monitor your calorie intake.

  2. Eat a balanced and nutritious diet: Eating a balanced and nutritious diet that is rich in protein, fiber, and healthy fats can help you feel full for longer and maintain muscle mass while losing body fat.

  3. Increase your physical activity: In addition to creating a calorie deficit through diet, you should also increase your physical activity levels. This can be achieved through activities such as walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, or strength training.

  4. Reduce your intake of processed foods and sugary drinks: Processed foods and sugary drinks are high in calories, sugar, and unhealthy fats, and can contribute to weight gain. Limit your consumption of these foods and drinks and opt for whole, unprocessed foods instead.

  5. Get enough sleep: Getting enough sleep is important for weight loss because it can help regulate hormones that control appetite and metabolism. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night.

  6. Manage stress levels: High levels of stress can lead to overeating and weight gain. Find ways to manage your stress levels, such as through exercise, meditation, or deep breathing.

  7. Be consistent: Losing body fat takes time and consistent effort. Set achievable goals and stick to them. Celebrate your progress along the way and don't get discouraged by setbacks.

Some of these tips you've heard before...some might be new...do you struggle with any?

I've struggled the last 3 nights with sleep...only a 45% score:/...for me, I've got to get myself into our bed earlier...I then get sleepy quicker...even if the TV is on or I'm reading my current book. This helps my drowsy happen sooner.

As always, I hope some of my blog posts can resonate with you or help think differently and thrive by adding some of them.

Make the day great!

Scott

I don't share too often about being a Coach with Beachbody, but I think it's important that I share one of the changes I made to help me lose my initial 40 pounds...and that was from adding Shakeology as one of my meals. I'm still having it...with some extra protein from Tony Hortons Power Life line of supplements.

I've researched every meal replacement shake in the market and still can't find one to match what Shakeology provides for us...on a cellular, and nutritional level.

If you don't have a coach assigned to you already...here is my link to review what Shakeology is all about....My fav is Vegan Chocolate:)
