The Stack 7 Method is Now Available!

What is Stack 7??

It all started on a Maui beach...December of 21'...as I've looked back on the last 10 years of my wellness journey...I thought about how I did it...I kept thinking about the action of "stacking" my moves, workouts, meals, on top of one another...

I thought, "how to I create something super simple and for people to only commit to 7 days?? 

I have found that if I can get someone to give me 7 days of commitment, I'm confident they can add day 8 on 7...day 9 on 8 and so on...

Stack 7 was born.

I decided to ask my small network of friends on Facebook, if anyone wanted to collaborate with me and help me create and mold this idea.

After 4 weeks of Zoom calls and pages of feedback on my ipad...I went to work..I started to record several workouts that would become the first iteration of Stack 7.
